Why weddings
My journey into the world of weddings began with my own wedding. At times, the planning was intense, but I discovered how much I truly enjoyed the process itself. Creating structure, thinking holistically, and shaping a day that felt thoughtfully designed sparked a new passion.
My background
In my daily life, I live and work in Copenhagen as an IT project manager, while running my own business on the side. The dream of creating something of my own has been with me for a long time, and wedding coordination became a natural step where my planning experience combines with my commitment to people.
My approach
I am attentive, thrive in a service-oriented role, and have high ambitions in everything I do. I am not satisfied until everything feels just right, and that sense of reassurance is exactly what I want my couples to experience throughout the entire process.

Partial planning is ideal for couples who want to stay in control of the planning while also having structure, guidance, and a trusted sounding board throughout the process.
I help you create a clear plan moving forward, review your ideas, and ensure that all the important elements are in place. Together we go through the timeline, priorities, and details so that the planning feels both well thought out and manageable.
Partial planning can be booked at the beginning of the planning process to help you get started, but also later on if you feel you need support to bring everything together.
My goal is for you to feel confident in your decisions and able to enjoy the journey towards a personal and memorable wedding day.

With wedding day coordination, I take care of the planning behind the scenes so that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Before the wedding, we will go through your plans, timeline, and all practical details together. This allows me to gain a clear understanding of how you want the day to look and ensures that everything is well prepared.
During the wedding day itself, I make sure the schedule is followed, coordinate vendors, and handle any questions or unexpected situations that may arise. My focus is to ensure that you can enjoy every moment without having to think about the practicalities.
With me on site, there is someone keeping everything together and making sure everything runs according to plan, so that your day becomes safe, personal, and memorable.

How many weddings do you take on each season?
To ensure every couple receives personal attention and the time their wedding deserves, I only take on a limited number of weddings each season.
This allows me to be fully present in every project and ensure both the planning process and the wedding day receive the care and attention they deserve.
How far in advance should we book a wedding coordinator?
It’s always beneficial to book well in advance, especially if you’re planning a wedding during peak season.
Partial planning can be booked early in the process to help you get started with the planning, create structure and establish a clear plan moving forward.
Wedding day coordination is often booked later, once most of your vendors are confirmed and you want to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day itself.

How much does it cost to hire a wedding coordinator?
The price depends on the type of support you are looking for and the scope of the assignment.
I offer both partial planning and wedding day coordination, allowing you to choose the level of support that best suits your needs.
When you reach out, I’ll gladly share more details about my services and send you a pricing overview. During our first meeting we will also go through your plans and explore which option would suit your wedding best.

What is the difference between partial planning and wedding day coordination?
The main difference lies in when I step into the process and how much support you would like during the planning.
With partial planning, I support you during part of the planning journey. You still plan much of the wedding yourselves, but I help you create structure, discuss ideas and make sure all the important elements are in place. This may include reviewing your plans, helping you create a timeline, setting priorities or guiding you through different decisions along the way.
Wedding day coordination focuses instead on the practical execution of the wedding day. Before the wedding we go through your plans in detail, and on the day itself I’m present behind the scenes coordinating the timeline, communicating with vendors and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What does the collaboration look like if we book you?
When you book me, we start with a meeting where we go through your plans, your wishes and where you are in the planning process. This helps me understand how I can best support you leading up to your wedding.
From there, we structure our collaboration based on the service you’ve chosen, with clear steps along the way until the wedding day. My goal is for you to feel supported throughout the process and have someone by your side who keeps the bigger picture together.
Do you only work with weddings in Skåne?
I primarily work with weddings in Skåne. In some cases I may also take on weddings in nearby areas, depending on the setup and logistics.
